Essex Auto Group Give Away a Brand New Ka
Essex Auto Group recently held a competition in which the winner could win a brand new Ford Ka.
The competition was held at the Eastgate Centre in conjunction with Eastgate Food Terrace and Morello Quarter. Last year we moved from Cherrydown to Dunton and the land has now been regenerated into luxury apartments by Weston Homes (Morello Quarter).
To be in with a chance of winning the new car entrants had to answer a few simple questions. The competition was a great success with more than 500 people taking part.
Mr Jiggens was unveiled as the lucky winner and was recently presented the keys to his brand new Ford Ka by our Chairman - Philip Maskell.
Brian Jiggens was speechless when he heard that he had won the “All New Ka’’. His current 10-year-old vehicle was coming to the end of its life and Brian and his wife Val are “over the moon’’ with their prize.
Brian Jiggens has received many accolades over the years for his voluntary work with DIAL – a charity offering local disability information and advice services. He is also the founder and chairman of the Essex Community help and support group of the Meningitis Trust and will often be seen outside local supermarkets collecting donations.
