Help For Heroes & EAG.......On The Road Again!
Essex Auto Group are proud to be once again supporting the Help For Heroes Charity. This time round we are main event sponsors, supporting 3 Royal Navy sailors walking from Cardiff Millenium Stadium to Wembley Stadium.
Our serving officers have been entrusted with the match ball for the England V Wales Euro 2012 Qualifier which takes place at Wembley Stadium on the 6 September 2012. Setting off from Cardiff on the 29th August at 0900 and our fundraisers expect to arrive at Wembley by 1500 Monday 5th September....well in time for Kick Off!

During the walk we will be raising money selling Help for Heroes wristbands in the towns and cities we pass through. Our journhey will take us through the Welsh countryside, The Forest of Dean, The Cotswolds and the Chilterns before arriving in South west London on the afternoon of the 5th September.
The route will be broken down into 8 daily parts covering around 21 miles each day.
- Cardiff – Caldicot
- Caldicot – Newnham
- Newnham – Cheltenham
- Cheltenham – Burford
- Burford – Abingdon
- Abingdon – Henley on Thames
- Henley on Thames – Chalfont
- Chalfont – Wembley
