Santa Sleigh Billericay Lion 2011
Billericay Lions were on hand at Essex Auto Group in London Road, Billericay, as Santa and his helpers collected the keys for the specially decorated Volvo from Lynn Walster, Group Marketing Manager at Essex Auto Group (EAG).
EAG have now supported the Lions by lending a specially decorated car, including snow motifs, antlers and Rudolf's red nose, for a number of years now. Alan Norton, President of the Lions said "We are very grateful to EAG not only for the free loan of the vehicle, but also the work which has gone into decorating it to fit in with the sleigh. I am sure the children of Billericay are already looking forward to seeing Santa." Santa said "Ho! Ho! Ho!"
This car is supplied free of charge until Christmas by EAG and will be used to pull Santa on his sleigh around the streets of the town during the evenings in the run up to the big day. Santa's first outing with the Sleigh will be at Billericay Christmas Market on Sunday 4th December where he will lead the parade along the High Street .
