With the Contract Hire package you don't need to drive. You can nominate up to two drivers who may be friends or relatives, and parents or carers can apply on behalf of a child aged three years and upwards.
Please note that if you choose the Contract Hire scheme you must have at least 12 months' award length remaining.
For customers choosing to buy a car with a Hire Purchase agreement, it is normally expected that you will be receiving the allowance for the full length of the agreement.

Who are Motability?
The Motability scheme was set up by the Government in 1978 and has supplied over 2 million cars and powered wheelchairs to disabled customers in that time. The scheme is directed and overseen by Motability, a national charity. Motability Operations is the company responsible for the finance, administration and maintenance of the Motability Scheme cars.
