New Year, New Models – Coming Soon in 2016!

After a bumper year of new models in 2015, 2016 has a lot to live up to. Ford, Fiat and Kia will be aiming to do just that though with a brilliant range of new cars designed to take your breath away.


First up we have the All-New Ford Focus RS which has been available to order since last year, but will start to arrive at our new FordStore in Dunton this year. We cannot wait to both see and hear this 350PS, 167mph rocket on the roads of Essex (providing it is being driven responsibly within the speed limits).

The All-New Ford Ka is reportedly scheduled go on sale in the summer of 2016.

The popular city car's design will be ‘extremely close’ to the Ka Concept pictured above and the new model will reportedly be available only as a five-door model. Official prices will be announced nearer to its launch date.

The New Fiat Tipo hatchback, already winner of the "Autobest 2016" award, will be launched in the UK early in 2016, with an estate version planned to follow.

The new Tipo has evolved from Fiat's "Aegea Project", a prototype saloon which was revealed in 2015. Although it has been confirmed that the Tipo will be launched in the UK, we will only see the hatchback and estate versions here. Official pricing is still to be announced, but it will reportedly cost from around £16,000.

The New Fiat 124 Spider was revealed at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show and revives the historic name by bringing classic styling and performance to a new generation.

Paying homage to the original 124 Spider nearly 50 years after it was launched, the New 124 Spider has been designed to deliver the ultimate roadster experience with excitement, technology and safety combined with iconic Italian styling. The Fiat 124 Spider will launch in the UK in the second half of 2016 with prices and final technical specifications soon.

The All-New Kia Optima launched in January 2016 at Essex Auto Group – Kia in Lakeside and Southend.

It boasts a brand-new exterior, a bold interior design with more space, a range of innovative technologies and a wide choice of efficient engines. This saloon offers greater refinement, plus improved ride and handling, while retaining the sporty image that has helped the Optima become one of Kia’s best-selling models around the world. Emissions have been cut by up to 25 per cent from previous models, which means the new Optima drops three tax bands and Vehicle Excise Duty decreases by up to £150.
