This long-established dealer group are looking to recruit additional Customer Relations Consultants to join their call centre team based at Lakeside. We currently have 2 positions available in this department:
The main aspect of the role is to answer the incoming aftersales calls and book the customer’s vehicles in at the relevant Service Department. You will also be required to process the online booking enquiries amongst other similar tasks.
The hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
The main aspect of the role is to contact our aftersales customers by phone to provide a Service and MOT reminder and secure a booking at the relevant Service Department. You will also be required to process the online booking enquiries amongst other similar tasks.
The hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 10am – 7pm, and alternate Saturdays, 9am – 1pm.
You will be joining a friendly team, responsible for talking to the dealerships aftersales customers and booking their vehicles into their Service Departments. You will work individually and as part of a team ensuring that customer expectation and their high standards of customer service are met.
The applicants will be polite, self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure during busy periods. You will need to have a friendly personality with the desire to deliver the highest quality customer care. A good telephone manner is essential. You must be PC literate.
