We are looking for a very talented individual to join our Service team. This role is crucial as you are the first point of contact for our service customers both face to face and over the telephone, therefore, excellent interpersonal skills are essential. As a trainee Service Advisor, you will be following a Business Admin NVQ, working alongside the Service Manager, Service Advisors , Workshop Controllers and Technicians.
On a day to day basis you will be working as a team with your colleagues, therefore it is essential that you are a team player, but also able to work using your own initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience of a Service Administrator role in a main dealer, however inexperienced candidates are welcomed.
Typical Daily Tasks Include:
• Providing excellent customer service
• Digital Service History Administration
• Arranging for Service, Maintenance or Repair Work
• Facilitating Customer Courtesy Services & Comfort
• Updating Customers on Collection Status
• Data Collection / Input
