On October 29th, the Ford Impact 2014 bodyshop conference and exhibition was held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry at which Essex Ford beat rivals to the crown of Large Bodyshop Of The Year!
Back after a hiatus in 2013, Ford’s Impact Conference, Exhibition and Excellence Awards were attended by over 300 delegates from the bodyshop industry, including directors from the Ford Motor Company, dealers, insurance companies, and other members of the Ford network. Opened by Ford of Great Britain Chairman and Managing Director Mark Ovenden, the event saw a trade fair, excellent keynote sessions and the awards ceremony.
The trophy was received by Essex Ford's ARC Manager Kevin Weaver from the award's sponsors SATA and Dave Phatak, Marketing Manager for Ford Aftersales in the UK.

Using computerised jigs and welding equipment, vehicles are repaired and restored to factory standard before a thorough final check with a courtesy wash and vacuum. Customers can then drive away safe in the knowledge of an award-winning job well done and workmanship that is guaranteed for three years.
