Essex Ford Transit Centre Scores 100% in Service Workshop Quality Programme

In 2005, the Ford Motor Company launched the RAC Service Workshop Quality Programme to the Ford dealer network with the intention of providing all Ford Authorised Repairers with the tools to enable them to monitor the quality of work conducted in their workshops and to differentiate themselves from the competition.

Since then, the success of the programme has been reflected in the fact that defects reported by RAC engineers have halved per vehicle inspected compared to when the programme was first launched.

In fact, there are now a number of Ford Authorised Repairers who have zero reported defects. Each year Ford take great pleasure in recognising these dealers by presenting them with a certificate that they can proudly display to all of their customers. We are very pleased to be able to inform you that our workshop at the Essex Ford Transit Centre achieved this amazing result in 2015!
