The All-New Focus has been designed from scratch with sportier styling, even more advanced and helpful technology, and more cabin capacity in mind for passengers and their luggage. The perfect mid-sized family car for the modern family!
There's more choice than ever too, from the grand Focus Titanium to the sporty ST-Line to the adventurous Active to the luxurious Vignale.
Strong, clean lines and sophisticated design combine with even more comfort and space. It comes with 13 colour choices from Orange Glow to Desert Island Blue and a Vignale-exclusive four-coat Dark Mulberry.
Whether it’s the 5-door hatchback or the larger estate car, the All-New Focus is gives great performance thanks to its range of powerful and highly fuel-efficient engines with either 8-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmissions, plus Drive Modes that can make the ride more sporty, more comfortable or more fuel-efficient at just the push of a button. Petrol engines include the 1.0 EcoBoost in 84bhp, 99bhp and 123bhp outputs (CO2 emissions as low as 108g/km) and the 1.5-litre EcoBoost in 148bhp and 180bhp outputs. More fuel efficient, quieter EcoBlue diesel engines comply with Euro 6 emissions standards include 1.5-litre motors with 94bhp or 118bhp outputs and a powerful 148bhp 2.0-litre.
The All-New Focus is full of helpful and enjoyable technology whether they're driver aids, safety features or simply there to make life as easy and fun as possible!
The fourth-generation Focus has plenty of driver assistance in its Ford Co-Pilot360 technologies, such as Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go and Lane Centring, Traffic Sign Recognition, and Active Park Assist 2. Also featured are Active Braking and Pre-Collision Assist with Pedestrian and Cyclist Detection, new electric power steering, Continuously Controlled Damping to monitor suspension, body, steering and braking to adjust the damping for the smoothest journey, Evasive Steering Assist, Blind Spot monitoring with Cross Traffic Alert and Wrong Way Alert, inflatable seatbelts, and adaptive LED headlights to prevent glare and to see more around bends and junctions up to 65 metres ahead.
To help control all of these, Ford’s first head-up display (HUD) to be offered in Europe, keeping more of the driver's concentration on the road by projecting relevant information into their field of vision. The system is one of the brightest available and special filters make it the first of its type that can be read by those who wear polarised lenses. Depending on vehicle's specification, projected information can include speed (always shown), Traffic Sign Recognition, Adaptive Cruise Control, navigation, a shift indicator, the entertainment system, and emergency notifications.
All models feature Ford SYNC 3 infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Bluetooth connectivity, there's now a wireless charging pad for your mobile devices, and an optional new FordPass Connect modem. The FordPass Connect system can turn the Focus into a Wi-Fi hot spot for up to 10 devices, gives access to the eCall emergency system and live updates for the sat-nav, and gives FordPass app users the power of remote locking & unlocking, remote starting (automatic transmission only), vehicle location, and more.

The All-New Focus features an innovative method that was created for the Mk3 Ford Focus RS to increase the rear structure's stiffness. In return, the Mk4 Ford Focus RS rumoured to be rolled out in 2020 could include many of the technologies introduced by the All-New Focus.
Furthermore, these rumours suggest that the next-generation Focus RS will be powered by a 400bhp, 48-volt mild-hybrid version of the current RS’s 2.3-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine, potentially meaning more start-up torque and power with fuel savings and CO2 reductions.
While the Mk4 Ford Focus RS may not have been confirmed yet, an All-New Ford Focus ST has. Rumours indicate that it may use an RS-derived 2.3-litre engine making around 250bhp for a Focus ST that will be lighter in weight.
The top-of-the-range Vignale trim level offers premium design and details for a luxurious driving and ownership experience.
Each All-New Focus trim level features its own distinctive design elements and materials, including fine-grain, wood-effect finishes and premium leather in the cabin and satin aluminium finishes for the roof rails, fascia and rocker inserts, and signature grille mesh for Vignale.
