Warranty Administrator

Due to the expansion of the group & the increasing warranty activity our service departments are encountering, we are looking for a warranty administrator to join our warranty admin team based at Dunton.

The Role:
Your main role will be in the control and administration of warranty processing, including the checking of, invoicing and claiming warranty repairs for each of the manufacturer franchises Allen Group work with. You will be expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company DMS and manufacturer’s warranty systems.

To work with the team and manufacturer to ensure warranty standards are maintained and deadline/targets are reached.

Candidate Attributes:

• Knowledge of motor vehicles an advantage
• Exceptional Attention to Detail and Accuracy
• Must have good IT knowledge and skills
• Organisational & Communication Skills
• Team work and Co-operation

Hours are 08.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday, overtime as and when required to suit the business.
